First interview with the CIO and the Senior System Engineer. No follow ups right after the first interview. Sent email to the HR after 1 week for an update and the week after with no updates at all. Don’t be deceived by the good reviews of the company. Setting expectations but did not keep their word that they will follow up is such a same for a well established company.
