Very easy to transition from crew member to shift leader. plenty of opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and quickly advance to higher role, although pay does not reflect amount of work load

was very easy. Asked a few basic quesions. Was told what the next steps were and went from there. Management position require drug testing. Took the test and started my training.
