Most awful HR interview screening ever. After an initial recruiting basic screen call, I was interviewed by HR Manager Karina Palacios to determine cultural fit. When a company delegates a cultural fit upon the opinion of one person, you know is already a biased process, She concentrated in my last experience and from which I was separated by a massive layoff - so common now a days in the tech industry. She just went on asking how was my performance, and how many people were laid off besides me. It was so judgemental and empathy lacking.
