Straight forward. They asked the basic interviewing questions, told me extensively about the organization, benefits and what the job entails and about the area. It only took a while because they usually have about 2-3 employees there, but everyone is pretty friendly and try to make you feel very comfortable. Overall it was a good experience. Although I declined the offer, a better position opened up that I interviewed for and got the job. Still low pay but it's not bad.
