Interview
Basic Interview, which occurred over two sessions about 30 minutes in length. I met with 2 people, one on one, over two different sessions. Each interview was not difficult. Dress to impress, and come with questions. Display an eagerness to provide excellent customers service, work as a team, and learn about HT.

They asked about my strengths and weaknesses, my work history, the classis "tell me about yourself".
The second interview dealt with more about how work with others, customer service, and willingness to run a cash register.
One on one then they had another person on zoom. First part was informal second part was the typical interview question but one question is what do you know about Harris teeter and profit sharing

One on one with multiple management - recruiter at Regional office, store mgr, district mgr, and pharmacy Mgmt. All at different locations around Triangle. A couple were nice and a couple had a big chip on their shoulder
I had a phone interview first and it was a lot of situational questions and vaccine eligibility questions. Very standard interview questions about dealing with customers, difficult situations, workload balance, etc.
