Short and to the point. They asked if I knew what the position was and how many hours I was available for. They were very accommodating for High School/College students.
I had 2 interviews, one with the store manager, and one with the department manager. Process was very easy. Looking more for character. Focused heavily on customer service, availability, and situational problem-solving.
