Interview
I applied online and dropped by the store to let them know I did. I was called later by the CSM and they set up an interview. When I arrived, I waited on a bench till the CSM was free and then he sat down beside me and began asking questions while writing responses on a sheet of paper. The questions were really straight forward and quick. After about 10 minutes, it was over and he gave me a schedule for training.

Question 1
If given the chance to lead a project how would you handle this?
Straightforward process and not too difficult of questions. Went to corporate office, there were several other candidates there to interview as well. All went through interview process around the same time other candidates in separate areas, and then rejoined once interview was completed to start onboarding.

Interview

Then In-Person, lasts about 20 minutes
Very casual and conversational.
They ask Basic questions like “Tell me about yourself.”
“How would you handle an unhappy customer?”
“What would you do if an item scans the wrong price?”
Pretty simple and straight forward, the hiring manager was nice. I'm a full time student so it was a low level part time position. If you have even average conversational skills you should be just fine.
