Interview
You have to apply online and take a 30ish minute test based on common sense and a little bit of math, once that is done you wait on an email that will give you a phone interview that you schedule. Then, they ask questions mainly for personal information and schedule you for your in person interview. At the in person interview there were a lot of other people there waiting to be employed but I was going into a store that was about to open at the time so I cannot say whether this is everyone's experience. I came in an hour early and only waited 15 minutes to be interviewed, the lady asked me a few questions about what made me want to be employed at the Starbucks in Harris Teeter and asked me to fill out my availability, which they are very flexible. Then that was that and she asked me how *insert amount of money here* sounded for a beginner job and I found it amazing.

Asked two questions once I walked through my resume. One was if I was a team player. The other one was if I liked coffee. I got the job two days later.

To be honest, it was a pretty easy interview overall, in my opinion. The manager was very friendly and understanding. Easy customer support questions were asked and I got the job.
