I filled out the online application and called the store closest to my house and spoke to the CSM to let her know that I had filled out the application so that she could review it. About 2 weeks later, I received a phone call from her asking if i could come in that day for a drug screen.

Straightforward process and not too difficult of questions. Went to corporate office, there were several other candidates there to interview as well. All went through interview process around the same time other candidates in separate areas, and then rejoined once interview was completed to start onboarding.

Very casual and conversational.
They ask Basic questions like “Tell me about yourself.”
“How would you handle an unhappy customer?”

Pretty simple and straight forward, the hiring manager was nice. I'm a full time student so it was a low level part time position. If you have even average conversational skills you should be just fine.
