Interview
I went in and was greeted warmly by a sales associate that then guided me to the interviewer. The interview was very easy it was nothing to stress. This was my first interview and I got the job! The only thing I could complain about was the constant distractions. People walking in and out of the office. It was hard to get a sentence in before another person walked in to do something/say something. Other than that it went smooth and the interviewers were very kind and knowledgeable about their store/positions.
Straightforward process and not too difficult of questions. Went to corporate office, there were several other candidates there to interview as well. All went through interview process around the same time other candidates in separate areas, and then rejoined once interview was completed to start onboarding.

I apply through the Harris Teeter careers website.
Then In-Person, lasts about 20 minutes
Very casual and conversational.
They ask Basic questions like “Tell me about yourself.”
“How would you handle an unhappy customer?”
“What would you do if an item scans the wrong price?”
Pretty simple and straight forward, the hiring manager was nice. I'm a full time student so it was a low level part time position. If you have even average conversational skills you should be just fine.
