The first round interviewer was the internal recruiter, head of events and EA to the c-suite (all rolled into one role). Had a positive conversation and the next step communicated was that I was to meet with the CMO. A week later I get an email from another individual from Harrison AI saying she enjoyed our chat but that I wouldn’t continue in the process. This conflicts with what was told, and while this other person said the email is marked from the Harrison AI talent team, that was strange and candidates should know what to expect. Things may change, however communicating the next step and when one would hear back from the global CMO then receiving an email from someone I had not communicated with at the company saying we did is unprofessional.
