Very normal and was easy to navigate. The recruiter was kind and asked basic questions about why you wanted to be there and your availability. Overall a very friendly process and easy to understand

In a room with 3 other people. Straightforward and simple questions based on character. It alternated who answered the question first. Overall really easy, and was designed to make you feel comfortable. Mostly it was a kids first ever interview, and they were super aware and accommodating for this fact.

The process took place over the phone. It lasted 10 minutes and was offered allowance to volunteer on the spot. Interviewer was professional, precise, and passionate about the work they do.
