The initial interview was via Zoom. It was relatively brief and cursory. The second interview was more like a 30 minute job shadow, and I am not sure how they gathered feedback as the supervisor was not present for this period of time....

Interview
The interview process was pretty quick. The office manager reached out to me to set up a virtual interview. I interviewed with her and another manager. They asked me to come in & shadow their staff one day for about 2 hours the following week and then extended me an offer a week later.

The interview question were based on Situational questions . But the company is great to work for if you get a chance to get in to Hartford healthcare. They call first did my phone interview and then call me in for in person interview.
