The interview process was easy, but I had to call in multiple favors and I was asked for five references. I asked for a salary between 60-65k. I was offered 45k. It was very upsetting to be offered a full 20k below my asking and not being told upfront in the three week process that the salary was so low. Bear in mind, I've worked in research for half a decade. Please be very careful and upfront about your salary expectations when interviewing with this company.
