Applied online with quick follow up from hiring manager. Extended phone screen followed by invitation to meet in person. Met with 3 members of the office. Not a particularly structured interview process. More of a conversational meeting. Was told I would receive update on search within 2 weeks. At 6 week mark, I reached out to check on status. Told hiring process was completed and offer made to another individual. Lack of timely followup and closure was unprofessional and disrespectful. Expected more.
