They set up an interview very quickly, the questions weren’t hard they asked about when I graduate and the specialties I’m interested in they then made me an offer. Pretty easy interview. I declined because they were only offering med-surge when initially on the job page they had all specialties available. I just did not like the vibe I got, they tried to tell me as a new grad I can only start in med -surg.
