Phone Interview for about 1/2 hr and the questions were normal interview questions. Then we found a personal connection which helped me have a rapport with the interviewer and I think that helped me get the job

The interview was very casual and informative. It was more of an informational interview than an actual interview. They asked me what my hours would be and what days I would like to come in right off the bat.
