Interview set up by recruiting an agency. Representative from client, HSB, on hand; directed interview regarding client, HSB. Representative from recruiting agency also participated in interview. Was made aware that representative from recruiting agency would also be at job location to supervise all applicants selected from recruiting agency. Questions were focused on technical knowledge and how certain situations might be handled given certain circumstances and certain types of customers.
