Interview was done entirely over the phone, with who would be my immediate supervisor, as well as the president of field inspection services. Considering the status of the men involved with the interview, it was very laid-back and inviting, as opposed to intimidating. Started with my background and experience, my expectations from the job, a thorough job description, a couple character-based questions, then it was done.
