Harvard University Research Assistant interview questions

Interviewed with the researcher of the project for the position at The Pedagogy of Play project, Project Zero, Harvard Graduate School of Education. Their handling of applications and interviews in my case are quite unprofessional. After sending the first email with all the application materials, I waited for several weeks and followed up one more time before the recruiter finally received my materials. She then administered an interview invitation but attempted to change the interview time last minute to that very evening right before the original scheduled interview date. After the interview, she just ghosted the follow-up emails asking about the status (one sent after a week and another after several). Up to date (several months later), I still have no idea what was going on with my application. This whole interview definitely felt like a waste of my time and energy.

It is a direct employment process between me and my instructor at the Graduate School, so there is no official interview at all. Instead, we had a casual chat for the time commitment and interested projects.
