This was the longest, and probably the strangest, interview process I have been through. That is likely why I am writing this review. I had only heard incredible things about this company. So I wanted to throw my name in and have a go at hopping over to a great company and learn some new skills along the way. What I got was an interview process that was weeks long and consisted of way too many interviews. I was rarely updated, would reach out and hear nothing, and would then be suddenly asked if I could interview the next day. It was frustrating, but I was excited for the opportunity and made it work. In the end, I received some rather strange feedback about my qualifications and dismissed. I openly acknowledge that they likely found another candidate that was a better fit than me. That is normal. What turned me off about this process was the seeming humble-arrogance of those I interacted with, and the feedback they provided. It’s hard to put my finger on it. But it l felt off. It felt wrong. I know some great people there, and I still hear great stories, but I very much did not feel right about their interactions with me.
