      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hasbro (Albany, NY) in Oct 2015

      Interview

There was an information session at my college and a career fair. After a applying, there are multiple interviews with different teams. Each one asks specific questions about your personality and skill sets. They want to see that you are creative and a problem solver. They also want to see if you are motivated, organized and a self started. If you get the job they either ask what team you want to be on or assign you one.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They ask you to play with a toy/ask what you would test for safety
