2 Stage: informal conversation about my interests.
As a female candidate I did not appreciate the interview constantly mentioning his wife & her interests as I discussed my own.

2/3 stage interview process, Video call , running over CV then role play scenario . Made you feel at ease straight away. first stage was an intense 1 hour and a half phone call but always felt at ease with the interviewees.
