There was a panel of 4 workers (all high ranking). They looked over my portfolio and discussed it with me. There was also a small tour of the facilities. At the end of the interview, they gave me examples of people who weren't "ready" yet for a job at Hasbro at the time of their interview but came back after 6 months with an updated portfolio and got a job there afterwards.
