I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hasbro (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2019
Interview
I was given a panel interview with about 5 people of various levels, all done remotely over Zoom. Everyone was polite and cordial. Between questions, we talked about toys lines. I was surprised that no one asked about Hasbro's competitors, or asked what my favorite toy growing up was. It seemed to be more of an interview to gauge my personality, which is fine by me.
