I had 4 interviews in total with different teams (Nerf, Play-Doh, Transformers and Games) over the time period of two weeks. I got the offer letter 2 weeks after my last interview, so the process took around a month.

Tell me about your related work/project experience.
One 30 min interview with 2 engineers on the call. No technical questions were asked, all questions asked were behavioral and about recent experiences. No background in toys was needed to answer any questions

Interview
The interview felt pretty casual and comfortable. Got asked standard questions with some fun ones like what was my favorite childhood toy or describe a time I learned something (related to anything). I enjoyed talking with my interviewer.
