Interview
I was brought in by a recruiter who worked for Hasbro. The recruiter said there was no description for the job as of late. I agreed to come in for the interview. The interview lasted 5 hours. I met with 11 people. I was placed in a very small room with no windows, people kept shuffling in and out every 30 minutes. I was not offered water or a bathroom break. The only nice individuals were HR. After the interview(s) I heard back from the recruiter that they were passing me over for the opportunity. When I asked why, the recruiter told me I was "diverse" but not "fully diverse".
