I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hatch (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2014
Interview
Interview was booked within a week. They were very relaxed and went through your resume with you. Asked you a few questions such as "What do you know about Hatch?". They also brought in pictures of their current projects and talked about that. Make sure you are very interested and ask alot of questions about them.
Easy virtual interview where I was asked mainly about my prior work experience. Interview was with the positions direct supervisor. After the virtual interview I was offered the job within a few days

Question 1
What is the most difficult project you have had to manage?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hatch (New York, NY) in Jun 2022
Interview
Typical interview. People were friendly and spent a good amount of time with me. However, they pulled a bait and switch with me and discussion in the interview did not match the job posting. Job posting was simulation and design - job was more sales and customer-facing. Little to no technical skills were discussed and they were more focused on customer service skills. Beware.
