The interviewer (MD) had no idea the role I had applied for, nor the hiring process to that point (he was my first interviewer. At the end of the interview, the MD indicated we would progress with further the role (or others), and HR/ Talent group then has not furthered any correspondence, and seemingly are ducking calls and ignoring emails. Frustrating process overall/
