I've experienced many problems while working, first I would figure out what the problem is. Then I would assess the problem to see how bad it is, after that I would work with my employees to figure out a solution to fix the problem as soon as possible.

I was in the Army for a few years and there were many problems I faced and have always took any advice and/or suggestions that would help resolve the problem at hand to figure out which was the best and most efficient way to handle the problem.
