Pros

Yearly bonus packages based on performance reviews. Benefits are great.

Cons

Management is clueless. HR is not helpful. Ethics claims reported are a joke and you could get the axe for reporting. Overworked and burnout within the team is common.

Pros

Good schedule, decent pay and good benefits

Cons

Union Reps suck, half the supervisors never know anything. Trying to transfer to another yard is like pulling teeth, especially if it’s Staten Island. You have to be a certain person to get to go there.
