Interview
Interview was two fold one with store manager then second with someone from senior management. First interview with store manager was fairly easy they ask you standard questions you would expect nothing out the ordinary. Second with senior management was a bit more intensive they ask more focused questions relating to your past experience nothing extra ordinary though here either.

Interview
Telephone resume review by HR, personal meeting with store manager, personal interview by district manager. The personality exam was done by computer after the store manager interview that day. District manager interview was the next day at a different location. HR follow up was by telephone a few days later, then back to the store manager to wrap it all up.
