Applied on Careerbuilder.com, got an email for the personality test. After that i got a call for an interview the next day. Store manager interview was a bunch of lies to get you to start asap.

All questions were pretty standard. The personality test they make you take determines how many questions. So answer 1 or 5 only on the personality test if you want to work at this horrible place.
In person interview with store manager. She asked me questions about my previous work experiance and what made me choose to apply there. After the interview I was asked to return for a drug screen and background check before being offered the position.

Tell me about a time you faced an ethical dilemma and how did you handle it?
Quick and easy, I had 2 interviews within a 2 week time period with the Brand Manager and then received an offer about a week later. It was very easy with basic interview questions.

Interview
I was scouted while working in the mall. I went for 2 interviews the next day with the local store management and 1 more interview the 3rd say with the district manager.
