Interview
I applied online and was forwarded a link to take an online test, after I passed that I was notified that they would schedule an interview. I recvd call to interview in the store which took about a half hour, then they did my background check and a drug screen. I was offered the job two weeks later.
In person interview with store manager. She asked me questions about my previous work experiance and what made me choose to apply there. After the interview I was asked to return for a drug screen and background check before being offered the position.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced an ethical dilemma and how did you handle it?
Quick and easy, I had 2 interviews within a 2 week time period with the Brand Manager and then received an offer about a week later. It was very easy with basic interview questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Havertys (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I was scouted while working in the mall. I went for 2 interviews the next day with the local store management and 1 more interview the 3rd say with the district manager.
