Now you apply online or can go in person and then you take test on computer if you do not line up right on the test you are not hired. It did ask words that had no meaning what you thought was best meaning and then would say things like if this is the scenario what actions would you take

Phone interview to go over the role and prescreen before an in store interview asking basic sales and design questions. They do have a standard set of questions from cooperate to answer and have the responses recorded. Process took around two weeks.

First a phone call, then an in store interview. The phone call was straight forward as an appointment set up. The in store interview was very nice and casual. Felt professional with guided questions that focused on my talents not just me resume experience.
