Interview
Took a phone interview and it was 60 days to get hired. I responded to online application and was called within a few days. I came in for a face to face interview about a week later. They were interviewing for about a month and when I was selected I was told training will be in another 3 weeks so I waited another 2 weeks to start.

In person interview with store manager. She asked me questions about my previous work experiance and what made me choose to apply there. After the interview I was asked to return for a drug screen and background check before being offered the position.

Tell me about a time you faced an ethical dilemma and how did you handle it?
Quick and easy, I had 2 interviews within a 2 week time period with the Brand Manager and then received an offer about a week later. It was very easy with basic interview questions.

Interview
I was scouted while working in the mall. I went for 2 interviews the next day with the local store management and 1 more interview the 3rd say with the district manager.
