Well… I wish I could describe the interview processs, however, almost a week after being contacted saying someone would be in touch for an interview (with no way to contact them back as it was a system email), I received a rejection letter. I understand sometimes a candidate may not be the right fit, however this letter was written with wordage that said I had come in, met/interviewed with them, and then they decided not to move forward. It felt very impersonal and it would have been better, in my opinion, not to send an email at all.
