I had a group interview with a panel. If you pass the panel then you are invited back to have a one on one interview. You are also required to take a typing test.

They had us work at a table and prioritize situations of what could happen on the airplane or in the airport. After that, we had to discuss between our group as they watched and took notes.

2 pt. interviewing process.
Day 1: Group screening.
There were 12 of us. We sat in a semi-circle across from the interviewers, introduced ourselves, then did an individual exercise. We picked cards that had different types of scenarios, and we're asked to explain how we would handle it. I suppose the exercise was to see how quickly we think, since we weren't allowed to see what our scenario was until it was our turn. We then did a group exercise. We were given more scenarios and were asked to prioritize each one. This exercise was to get a feel of how well we can work together. Then they talked to us about the position, and told us we would get an email later that evening to let us know whether or not we made it to the second part. I got an invitation back for the final screening.
Day 2: Final screening. 2:1 interview.
This is where we sat down and went through my resume. I was given a couple more scenarios, and was asked the typical interview questions. I'm not too sure how I did this time around, because as I was talking it looked like one of the interviewers was nodding off. I wanted to call him out on it, but decided against it.
Now I'm just waiting to see if I'm chosen for the pool.

Interview
First interview is in group interview first. Then they'll split up in groups to play a game to test teamwork and communication. Each team member has to play a role either as a observer, runner, or builder. The idea is to build an object by only instruction past down from the observer to the runner, and runner to the builder. There's no communication at all between the builder and observer.
