Applied online and (a week later) a recruiter reached out to me and set up a phone interview with another recruiter. I then interviewed with the hiring manager and was told to keep in contact with the recruiter for any questions/followups. I followed up and was told that I will hear back within a week, I did not hear back so I followed up again after 2 weeks but never got a reply. I pretty much got ghosted and was sent an automated rejection email about a month later. I enjoyed the interview experience and learning more about Hawaiian Airlines in the process, but the recruiting process was very unprofessional.
