Interview process started with a scheduled phone interview with a Recruiter. Recruiter routes your application to hiring manager if they think they're a good fit for the position. The manager then scheduled a Zoom interview to discuss the position & organization. Then completed a follow up interview a few days later with team members. Lengthy interview process to find out you didn't get offered the position.
