After submitting my resume online, I got a call from HR after approx 2mos and organised a phone interview with a Senior HR Recruiter. Phone interview was scheduled the following week. Phone interview was a casual interview asking mostly about your work experience and what are you looking for a job. This was also an opportunity for me to ask all the questions about the position and the company. The benefits were also discussed in this interview. The following week, I got another call from HR to schedule me for a face to face interview with the hiring managers. This interview was scheduled the following week. Was interviewed in the main office by the hiring manager and the director. They have asked questions about myself, work experience, 'how I responded to a situation' question, my expectations, my future career goal/plans. They also have explained what the job role will be, the benefits working for this company and what is the next step in the hiring process; i.e. meet with the team if I pass this interview. According to the manager, the team should have a say on who will be the best suited for this position. I got another call from HR the following week asking me to schedule a group interview with the team I am applying the position for. This will be a panel interview. Went to the interview and the panel was composed of 5 interviewers. Questions came in from everyone. It was intimidating at first but all you need to do is take your time and focus on your answers. The interview went on for an hour. The following week, I got a call from HR offering me the position.
