Had to do a lot of interviews to finally getting to the "last interview" and then when i didn't get the job no one followed up. It would've been nice to hear an outcome of the interviews considering how much time and effort I spent with the interviewers! Very corporate!

It was a standard phone screening by an internal Human Resources person and the questions were about my work background but framed in a way that pertained to the position they were asking about. The interview began with broad questions about my work background but got specific as the interview progressed based on the answers I gave. It was clear the interviewer was possibly looking for examples that might pique the team's interest.
