Multiple group practicals - no 1-to-1 interviews. I found the screening process to be thorough and quite fun, but the company culture to be cliquey, culty, and very pretentious. Gave me the vibe that some of the hiring managers wanted to sleep with the younger uni students. They also didn't reimburse for travel or hotel which was very expensive. Overall negative experience and not what I expected.
