Interview
I had a 45 minute coding interview. The interviewer was top tier. Questions were non-leetcode and all well designed. The interviewer seemed to enjoy working there. I got a positive impression of the company.
4 rounds of interviews: HR, and a 30-minute interview with 3 colleagues. All were done virtually. The first call with HR was done via phone. The next 3 calls were with team members. I ended up getting a getting an exploding offer, which I promptly declined. The interview process was very quick and HR was great at making sure things were moving along.
