Interview
I met with Les Keeble for breakfast. Interview was pretty relaxed as he wanted to get to know me as a person just as much as he wanted to know my qualifications for the job. He was very easy to talk to. I'm in the process of changing careers so when I asked him if he was nervous or hesitant hiring someone who didn't have a ton of experience in his field he said that he was more concerned about hiring someone who was a hard worker, reliable, responsible and would be a good fit personality wise.

Interview
Was very easy and relaxed. The person that I mainly interviewed with is no longer with the company. Worked all day before going in to interview. I was extremely dirty. That seemed to be a bonus instead of determent...showed hard work I guess. Interview was very relaxed. But everything might be different with new management.
