First interview is a phone interview by the hiring partner. Then I was asked to join a video conference to talk with several attorneys from different locations. They invited both associates and partners. I was brought in by a recruiter, so all communications and feedback were through the recruiter.

It was a quick and straightforward process. Be prepared for a conversational interview with some behavioral questions. I met with approximately five attorneys for half an hour each. Overall positive experience.
