First and foremost i was approach by an recruiter which is at the beginning of the process is very polite and professional - only at the begging. We had a few calls with Director of Support not Director of the SRE, and after the whole ORDEAL and almost two positive interviews where i was more or less examined and being asked for 2 hours on a call answering technical questions with broad variety. After answering ALL of the questions 99% of them correct, i got a SCREENSHOT - not a regular mail from the recruiter saying that i was not 'fit for remote' and not 'experienced' which btw i have more experience in the field and remote work that any one of their remote people there. They are considering themselves to be professional but be warned that beneath that mask of them calling themselves 'Redis Competitor' things are rotten and the process is either twitched by some of their contractors to bring their own people and the upper management is manipulated.
