The interview process started on Christmas eve and lasted until early February. This was a remote job, with multiple engineers from the company working remotely. At the last step of the interview, after we discussed already all of the details, it was swiftly ended. The motivation was that my country is not in the preferred country list, although it was seen from the beginning in my CV and Linkedin profile, where I am from. Very unprofessional.
