I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hazelcast (Novosibirsk) in Aug 2019

There was 5 rounds. First two was technical interview, third was coding challenge on time (like Hackathon), and the last two was also a technical interviews with superiors. I've passed all rounds but at the end suddenly it turned out that they refusing a contract for candidates from Russia (seems like some kind of sanction). So I have not received the contract.

Firstly 30min screen call happened. There are many technical questions in this step. After that if you pass you will take 3 days project to finish. Be careful about unit tests and clean code since I failed because of this. If you ask why I am failed, they are giving constructive feedback
