Phone screen, take home assignment, 3 interviews. Don’t apply for this job because they will waste your time unless your Caucasian. I applied April 29th, had an interview May 2nd. Right after the interview I got an email for the take home assignment. I was super excited. Completed the take home assignment same day. Mind you, it was hard because they ask you to rate 15 emails in order from top urgency to least urgency. Most of the emails sounded the same anyway so it was hard. I spent an hour on this. May 7th comes and is get an email stating that my assignment wasn’t good enough so they don’t want to move toward. I was extremely angry. Waste of time

Tell me about a time you were faced with a difficult client
Thank you for the feedback. We use a structured interview process to provide equitable hiring decisions. We measure our interview performance and demographic survey data weekly to ensure the experience is consistent for all groups. Unfortunately, as a very small team, we must be responsible for every hire we make. Not every great candidate can receive an offer due to limited role openings, but as we continue to grow, our number of openings will increase. Thanks again for sharing.
